For this, we invest every year in our test center based at the MIN of MONTAUBAN, which allowed us to file a first patent on a process of fruit conservation without residue, pesticide and weight loss, mainly apples.

This process allows the reduction of the water stress of the apples due to the evaporation of water on their surface by difference of water vapour pressure. In long-term conservation, our system avoids significant financial losses.
