RARRECS (Réseau Africain pour le Renforcement de la Résilience des Ecosystèmes et des Communautés au Sahel) operates for the integrated development of urban resilience. The platform supports the participation of vulnerable communities in public policies in sectors that affect their lives (flood resilience, urban mobility, popular economy, non-formal education). It also aims to contribute to sustainable urban mobility in Dakar, starting with the upgrading of the informal urban public transport sector.
