In particular, it concentrates its activities on Should Cost (analysis of variable costs and investments), Cost Tracking (cost monitoring and control), Cost Benchmark (evaluation of competitor products), and Cost Reduction (identification of value optimisation opportunities). Thanks to its business, clients are able to know and control the exact costs of what they buy and/or produce, and to obtain new information on the market of their interest, thus increasing their competitiveness.
