Description
The Energy, Climate Change and Mobility Department of the law firm Janson Baugniet is specialised in legal and regulatory matters related to renewable energy.
Janson lawfirm offers legal and regulatory assistance; Provides legal expertise in the implementation of energy projects, including energy efficiency projects;
Conducts and assists in legal studies and benchmarking in energy and renewable energy;
Provides advice in contract drafting (energy supply, PPA, B.O.T of power plants, LNG, pipeline matters, financial arrangements, etc.), negotiations, and in the development of new renewable energy sources.
