SUPERMICRON FOR UNDERGROUND and overground PIPES
A revolutionary system, able to monitor continuously and with great precision the behavior of external or underground pipelines, alerting in real time in case of deformations and anomalous pressure variations or angular displacements and capable of identifying any leaks and their exact location.
SYSTEM ADVANTAGES
1. TurnKey System
The entire system is supplied turnkey, including the sensors, the gateways necessary for data collection and transmission, the visualization platform, the management software including alerts and alarms .
2. Leak Detection
Continuous and remote monitoring, capable of intercepting in the bud and identifying with great precision the presence of leaks and their position, consequently directing maintenance nterventions, reducing costs to a minimum.
3. Total Trim Control
Immediate control over the pipeline trim already at the time of laying, backfilling and hydraulic testing.
4. Total Displacement Monitoring
Continuous and remote monitoring, capable of intercepting in the bud any movement of the pipeline and of each element with respect to the contiguous ones, due for example to movements or subsidence of the laying surface, whatever the triggering cause.
5. 30 years autonomy
The power supply of each sensor is provided by a lithium thionyl battery sized to guarantee a duration of more than 30 years with a sampling frequency every 20 minutes.
6. Predictive Monitoring Software
Continuous monitoring, integrated by the predictive maintenance software and the estimate of the residual life of the structure, ensures the durability of the work in the long term and minimizes maintenance costs over time.

LAND SENTINEL
The Land Sentinel is a dedicated real time remote monitoring device designed for the early detection of any ground movement in all its forms, giving advanced warnings and alerts to any changes in ground conditions. This technology might be applied to rivieroevers, alluvial and landslide areas.
Smart Skin Sensor
Located within the body of these units are exclusive SmartSkin Sensors, a consolidated and proprietary technology developed by InSensus Project , which detect any movements in the substratum in the unit measure “micro strain”, this measurable data is transmitted real time to servers for continual monitoring

Housed within the section which remains above ground are the electronics and power module which can provide supply for up to 8 years continual monitoring before battery replacement.

An immediately operational “stand alone” multifunction sensor, which can be “screwed” directly into soft ground or inserted into predrilled holes when ground conditions become harder. Installation time and activation is less than 30 minutes.

Smart Skin Sensor
The heart of the system: a next generation strain sensor made of composite materials and embedded carbon nanotubes and fibers. A thin laminate perfect-ly resistant to external agents. The onboard microelectronics further comprises a tilt / seismographic sensor, a temperature sensor and a transmission unit assembled in a single PCB.
Gateway and Cloud
The Gateway offers bi-directional communica-tion with the sensors and forwards the data to a cloud server, where a powerful user interface (GUI), accessible via web, makes the processed data available in real time. The GUI also permits remote interventions on the system and alert settings.
